Bed Time Fables is not a story generator you prompt each night. It is a platform that keeps writing the same ongoing world for your child, week after week, and remembers what happened last time.
1. Ten questions, a real profile
Name, age, a favorite animal and activity, a key companion, the real people in their life, and the one thing stories should never include. That last one is a hard rule, not a preference: we call it the avoid list, and it outranks every other system in the product.
2. A five night week, sized to their age
Every week is one theme told across five nights. A three year old gets a few cozy minutes a night. A twelve year old gets a real ten to fifteen minute quest. Each night ends cleanly: no cliffhanger tricks, no next button, nothing to beg a child to keep going.
3. You see it first
The week is written before your delivery night arrives, and it waits for you in preview. Approve it with one tap, read a night first if you want to, or ask for a different take on any single night before it goes live.
4. The world keeps every fact you gave it, visibly
Every character, place, and memory the stories can use lives on your child’s Memory page, in plain language. Remove anything, anytime. What you see there is exactly what the writer sees. Nothing hidden.

Every chapter is written by AI and checked by an automated safety pass before your family ever sees it. A chapter that fails that check is never shown, full stop, no matter what your approval settings are. You still get to read and approve everything before your child does.
